I can see where 20w/50 would be a suitable replacement but it would sure be nice if Amsoil would look into producing 10w/60 in the future. Again I love Amsoil and use it in other motorcycles with great results.

This will be AMSOIL's view. We already make an oil that fits the Specifications, why make another.
What you look at primarily is the operating temp viscosity (# on right) and I always run the thinnest oil I can that won't cause a problem.
I use 10W-40 on my Wing and my V-Star but will be switching to the 10W-30 we now have and MCF 20W-50 on my Harley. At 9 degrees this winter, I hopped on the HD and fired it up with no problem... Wasn't going riding in those temps, but was curious as a 20W-50 Petroleum would be about like thick honey at 9 degrees.
