950 Adventure problems in South Africa

Is there any 950 adventure owners in Johannesburg that has done the SAS conversion on their bikes. That is the conv where all the emmission control stuff is removed. Please help as i have a problem with my 950 up here in JHB and KTM is saying that to sort they have to reverse the SAS conversion

The bike came from the coast here in South Africa and while down there they did what is called the SAS conversion. When i brought it up to JHB it now developed some flatspots around 5000 and 7000 rpm and smelled of fuel etc. KTM dealer now have reversed the SAS converions and i tested it quickly and sem ok but i will take it for a good spin the weekend and check. Cannot understand that the SAS had to be reversed.
