640 wiring

hi all, first post, i have a 2004 640cc motor that im fitting into my cannondale quad,having a few problems with the wiring, im a bit stuck, i have two black boxes the one is the cdi with a multi plug connector i dont know what the other is or where it connects to,it has two 2 pin plugs and 3 other wires coming out of it its the same size as the cdi unit anyone know what it is and where it connects to,i cant see it on the wiring diagram ?

ok thanks that would help, i wired everything up except the second black box and the engine started,but it must be fitted for a reason just need to know what it connects too
