now do you mean oil to gas ratio? if so... run 40:1. i use 93 or 94 octane and mix it somewhere around 40:1-48:1 with castor 927 in my 2007 300XC-W...

yes... it will work for your bike... well i run 2 different oils. i run the castor 927 and silkolene 2t. i will mix up 5 gal with the castor then the next 5 gal i mix with the silkolene. the castor is good for the powervalve and the silkolene coats the cylinder very well. but the silkolene is kinda expensive... $75 a gal vs. $30 for a half gal of castor

cwise,
I've run MC-1 @ 50:1 with 85-91 octane pump gas in my '91 250 exc since it was new.
I run a b8ev plug with the ground electrode filed to a point, ( old dragster trick), and shell rotella full synthetic (blue jug) from walmart in the clutch case. God knows how many hard miles the old girl has on her, but she still pulls the front wheel up when ever you want her to.

where does it say to put the oil sae 30 is a crank case motor oil not a mix you may have an injected 2 cycle commonly used on snowmobiles not snowblowers if its 2 cycle you mix you need 2 cycle oil mixed to the proper ratio check the motor for a fill and drain plug if it has a crank case with an oil galley its not 2 cycle.
