Default lack of top end power

Hi and Hello to you all ! Iam a new member here and ive just got myself a ktm 200 exc 2001 , I have had the main end bearing and conrod replaced also had the cylinder re plated and new piston and rings also new reeds ive done around 3 hours on bike and she was pulling very well, but today its lost its over rev , Dont get me wrong the bike pulls great all the way through the gears but its just lost the hit you get right at the end ! i know its got to be something simple so any ideas would be a great help
