Need serious help on changing out the old fluids/oil on my bikes PLEASE!

Hi im pretty much new to the whole dirt bike thing(and pretty much new to anything with a motor lol). i have a 01 ktm 65 sx and a 03 ktm 125 sx (both are 2 stroke). i would like to change out all the old fluids/oil with new ones. i needa change the brake fluids, clutch fluid, radiator fluid pretty much every fluid/oil there is to the bikes. is engine, motor and transmission oil all the same thing.? the only thing i really know is that for the brakes i need dot 5.1 brake fluid and thats about it. if anyone can mentor/advise me on doing all of this id be very very thankful before i totally mess up my bikes lol. thanks in advance hope to hear from someone soon as i have had these bikes for about 2 weeks.

For radiator coolant I use Coolanol.

Your clutch should use mineral oil (baby oil), UNSCENTED.
