1996 620 RXC carb issue

My overflow keps dripping, not just when I dump the bike. Someone said the float is too high??? How do I fix it.

I had the same problem with a Yamaha and I finaly bought another used carb on EBAY and fixed the problem. I could never find the problem. At times when I would get the leak fixed it would run lean and bogg
