oil on ignition side

Hiya doing all .

Iam new here and to KTM and i hope someone can offer me some help, i have a 08 250 enduro and i noticed oil dripping from under the ignition case,was told by a friend that there is a small oil pump in there and that maybe the seal is gone .... replaced the seal and guess what ..... thers still oil dripping, then i was told by another friend that maybe there should be oil in there, so i dont know what to think , is it a seal prob or a gasket prob or something totally different.

Can anyone help ?

2 stroke 4 stroke?

On a 4 stroke, the stator side does get oil to it.
