Is it a rattle or a tap?

Most of my bikes quiet down when I pull in the clutch.

Smile rattle or tap?

HI, its certainly not a tap, more like a rattle, but as if there are two or three rattles all at the same time, as if somethings loose, the only other thing is when the bikes been stood for a while, when you release the clutch to set off, its like i release the clutch slowly but it bites as if ive released it quickly, after a few gear changes it operates normally, but has the rattle ive spoken about, which goes away when you pull the clutch?
Most of my bikes go quiet also when you pull the clutch, but its more noise than normal.
I realise its hard to diagnose a fault without actually hearing/seeing the bike, but thanx
