Default 03 125 sx suspension settings

I was just wondering what are the factory settings for the front forks and rear shock on a 2003 125 sx? also what sag settings?

The 03 coms with a straight rate 7.2kg spring, which in my opinion is a bit on the stiff side.

In the rear, you'll wanna run 108 - 110mm of loaded sag and 32 - 38mm of static sag.

In the front, the only number that makes a difference is the loaded sag number, so that would be 60mm, +/- 5. So if your at 65mm or 55mm, you're probably running the wrong spring. If your smack dab on the 60mm number, then you'll wanna run somewhere near the standard oil height, which in those forks should be 370cc I believe. Oil level plays a critical role in fork bottoming, so you need to pay attention to that.

I sadly don't have any clicker data for that year.

Thank you for the info. I contacted WP and the comp setting is 20, the rebound is 20 on the forks and for the shock the low speed is 17, high speed 2 and rebound is 28.
