Broken rocker arm

Anyone experience why this happens?

Not personally

There are a video about a issue about the pin holding the bearing coming loose. In this picture i imagine the pin slides out hit something and brakes the thingy

Sure. You are most likely correct. Root cause that pins slides out and thereafter break the ear off the rocker arm.

New ones ex. and in. ordered tonight. Cross fingers it runs smoothly after replacement and after I have erased all left over parts of the needle bearing inside engine.
