engine coolant leaks 690 duke

Have recently topped up engine coolant on 690 duke. now there appears to be leak dripping down radiator. any help appreciated for novice

With the radiator tucked way under the tank, there isn't much chance to run the bike and watch the radiator, is there?
If you just topped up the compensating tank to the 'MAX' mark, and refitted the cap firmly without cross-threading, it sounds like a horrible coincidence and something else is 'jiggered'.
If you had the radiator cap off, was the seal perfectly clean when it went back on?

im betting you over filled it and it is just draining out the excess when the engine warms up......

I bet indyZrider got it.

On most KTMs you fill just about 1/8" or 3mm above the top
of the tubes inside the radiator.
