question about stock tires

hi all new to the world of ktm. i just picked up a 2008 690 duke she had 900 miles on the clock with all receipts for first service. The tires on it are bridgestone battleaxe BT09. From what I have read these are not the stock tires, Am I correct or mistaken? Any help would be appreciated!

IIRC, the duke comes stock with Dunlop Sportmax Alpha 10 tires =)

These tires wear out fast. I've only put 1500 miles on it and the threads are already showing. I've checked the tire pressure and all was good. Real quick center wear.

real fast wear on the stockers.....i guess i was lucky i got almost 2600 out of my stock rear.....
