Default fork help!

Hello guys. I Have replaced my fork seals and now its time to refill them. Is there a special tool to remove the fork top caps? And how do you set the level? Thanks !

Ok, so the correct way to do it, as i have discovered is...110 mm from the top of the outter tube when fully down, without the spring in if anyone else needs to know.
