I go at least 30,000 K on platinum plugs, and I would say iridium should be
even more than that.

My '10 Duke manual says to change it every 15000 km/9321 miles or every 2 years. I don't see what time span has to do with plug life, but that's what it says.

I changed my stock original plug at 20,000 miles. It was fine and prob could go another 10,000. I will prob clean it and re-use it as a spare if ever needed..

Wink

Because it was 100% overdue according to the manual. (10K means 10,000 mi.)
