Default tyre ....

my real tyre near the end of the line, currently I am having BT016 (ex-owner change it) and I am thinking ... should I stay with it ? I love the grip but kind of not lasting very long. I am thinking to replace with BT021 ... did anybody use BT021 in Duke 690 before ? guys, need yours 2 cents please

Default pilot power 2ct

Get the pilot power series tire by Michelin. Got them on my R1 and have 100% grip all the time. They do great in rain as well, and your only working with 60hp. Ive got to keep 160hp under control

Hi, I use michelin pilot pure's & they seem to be a good tyre & wearing well.
I did use metzeler Z6 interacts but I think the bike was to light for them, altho they were good for 2 up riding.

I had the same problem trying to find a tyre that would work good with the lite bike.

But the bike is great

ohh the pilot pure should be the same standard as BT016 ... the problem is BT016 is the same price as BT021 in Malaysia ... and BT016 can only last for 6000km (for me) and my mate is using BT021 and it can last for 12000km ... so I am thinking should I use BT021 to save some money .. but I am worry that if BT021 does not grip as good as 016 I will be suffering for next 12000km

Default get the 016

If you are sitting there, worried about traction, how do you think you will feel while riding aggressive? Would you like to look back after you slide out and say, I should not have gone to save myself a few bucks(i dont know the price dif.)
I think your better off with more traction if you are an aggressive rider.
