Default BT023 real tyre

I just install a BT023 real tyre and I were using BT016 b4. surprisingly it feel the same as BT016 and I will try to go try out this tyre over this weekend and will keep you guys update on this. I has been using the tyre for 4 days on normal road and I ride like I just stole the bike and it feel the same as BT016 .

I read a review of the 023 in a cycle mag and they said it had all the handling of the 021 but with much better wear.

I still have the original tire on mine, but today I noticed some "Chunking" right at the edge of the tread on the left side. It appears the chain is contacting the tread in an irregular manner---not good. Ever heard of such a problem? I'm going to check my rear axle alignment.

Just back from a short 100km ride and I can feel BT023 have about 80% of the 016 cornering traction, I never review or compare a product before so I will try my best

1. Straight line feel = both feel the same
2. Normal Cornering feel = both feel the same
3. Hairpin cornering feel = 016 is a straight winner as 023 indeed give way on 1 of the hairpin.
4. Road surface feel = both the same
There are few things that I am not happy with 023 compare to 016
1. 023 will bunching around if I done a very aggressive riding with very low speed
2. 023 will start lost traction if I overheat the tire

yep , I had the same problem too. but since 023 is about 10mm narrow then 016 so the chain aint touching the tyre anymore

From the looks of the blue/purple road on the map, you have a great road for a Duke----looks like our road called,"Tail of The Dragon".
