Won't shift into neutral while idling...

Any ideas? I just started it after four months in the heated garage for Winter. Haven't changed the oil yet... Could it be just that? I need to shift to neutral while rolling, before the bike comes to a stop, otherwise it just won't budge. I also find the gear shifts a bit harsh in general... Thanks for the suggestions!

Sounds like the plates are just a bit sticky.

If you do a few rides, and it does not improve, then you need
to adjust the clutch cable.

Oil change can't hurt no matter what.
