Power Commander V w/Auto Tune

has anyone installed one of these on the duke yet? been tipping back and forth between the PCV and Tuneboy.......just got off the phone with the local KTM dealer and they havent installed one on a 690 yet.......looking for thoughts or opinions.......im just going to mod the airbox put an intake on it and pipe it........thoughts on the 2?

I purchased a TuneBoy for my Triumph Tiger. About a year later TuneECU became available, and it's free. All you need to purchase is a cable to connect a laptop to the bike. From my observations, TuneECU regularly updates their tunes. TuneBoy does as well, but they don't seem too update as frequently as TuneECU. It appears that most at the Tiger1050 forum have stopped buying the TuneBoy in favor of TuneECU and saving about $350 after purchase of the cable. You might want to consider doing some research before you fork out all that cash.

Please don't read this as a slam to TuneBoy. They are a respected company with an excellent product. As for PC, I don't have any experience with them.

good info.....after i stuck the fmf apex on the duke i ran it out to the dealer and had them flash a new map to it and i love it so i wont be needing the tune stuff after all.......
