Front Sprocket, damped v undamped

Going to change front sprocket to 15t, does an undamped sprocket cause excessive vibration? I'd like to save some cash if possible, given the damped sprocket is over 2x price of undamped.

I also went for an undampened 15T counter-sprocket and i can only hear or feel the difference when pushing the bike around with the engine off.

When you are tootling, not accelerating or engine braking, when the exhaust note is the quietest. Put on your open face helmet and look down at the sprocket cover and you can hear the chain spinning over the cog. You can't hear it just riding normally, with your head up - I can't anyway.

"the ABS will stop working"?
Eh?
You mean the wheels will turn at different speeds when you are riding along...er...no. The engine will turn at adifferent speed to what it was but the wheels are in contact with the ground and will turn at the same speed as before. Change a tyre outer diameter and you are gonna effect the ABS ...somehow or other.

Hold on, i will explane.
There is and wheel speed sensor at the front and back wheele.
If you do a wheelie or a rolling-burnout the speed sensors won't understand whats going on and the abs will "go out of sync"

My point about the stock gearing is: the bike is not very wheely happy if i compare it to my old 690 sm & 690 smc with stock gearing.
And i think it's the way ktm want to keep it with this duke :)
