Tail Removal - 690 Duke

Can anyone offer advice, instructions and possibly even pics of how to go about removing the plastic tail section?

Well I'm not very adept at putting things back together but breaking things down is pretty easy, but simply what I did was take out all the screws for the left and right fairings, then underneath the tail you have those little plastic inserts, take those out, I also had to take off my license plate bracket and then disconnect the tail light so the tail fairing can move freely. With all the fairing off it took about 15 min to put everything back together, so yeah it's pretty straight forward even for me.

How are the plastic inserts removed? Do you just pry them out?

Just push the middle button part of them and then it should be very easy to pull out.
