I don't have all the details, but this man was killed 3 weeks ago on the BW Parkway riding his HD to work in D.C. The car that struck him, crossed the center line.This is puzzling to me , as the parkway is 2 lanes,each way, with wooded median in most places.That's the story I heard... The driver was killed also. This man left a 14 year old daughter, amoung others, who will greatly miss him. Vehicles MUST be more observant on the roads! Alot of folks are using their motorcycles these days to commute to work and play , in an effort to save on fuel costs. There are more motorcyclists on the road to look out for. This may be "singing to the chior" but we riders may need to help make others aware... it may be our own life we help to save ...
