Default Finally, RC8R Akra on track

I got out on the track on the RC8R a week or two ago and go the pics back. Here are a couple of a slow old fat guy. But the bike is sweet. Love the Pirellis as well.

Lookin' good! How did she do?

Do you have a complete set of race plastics, or just the upper fairing and tail?

The RC8R was perfect, launched out of corners perfectly, when I pulled the trigger, she went like stink and behaved like a dirty girl when you want her to be bad, very, very sweet bike. Nothing I did upset the thing. I set the suspension up and touched nothing. I will have to push some to see if it actually has any issues, I was just having fun.

Looking good man! Glad to hear u did not have any issues, I'd consider myself the old fat guy, but not u! What did u run for tire pressures and did u notice a significant amount of engine braking during hard deceleration?

I don't know that I did on turn 9 at mid ohio, but I scrapped my right foot peg and rear brake nub and the peg was set in the high position! Those perellis did stick pretty well when they warmed up!

Also how many miles do u have on her and did you consume alot of oil as I'm finding that the newer engines will consume a good amount.

Cheers! NJYTHRDE
