What is everyone doing to their bikes through the winter months? Any big upgrades?

just riding it , as i live in asia 34 degrees C if its hot 32 degrees C if its cold same **** every day all year round

I bought njythride's unused bazzaz fuel controller several months ago and have yet to install it. Still waffling on whether or not I want to put it on or just go for the whole shootin' match and get the one with FI, quickshift & traction control all on one unit.

It'll be doing one or the other after the first of the year.

That's cool I bought the under engine fairing, the orange weave brake rotors, tinted screen, and axle/fork sliders I'll post pictures soon and I also just installed a strobe module to my brake lights so it flashs when I step on them ( need a the visibility I can get) Ill send a you tube link as well

Id love to get details on your strobbing tail light. Ill be installing 3 more teeth on my rear sprocket and a new chain. Hopefully alot more things but I wont know for sure until I open my Christmas presents :P
