Just got back for leave, was gonna ride the beast and noticed the right side of the gas tank is all warped and bubbly looking! I was like WTF? I left the bike almost dry and hooked to a battery tender with a person to hook, unhook, and start it every once or two weeks. Called KTM dealer and taking it in. The stupid handle bars don't lock neither. Damn key won't turn into the lock position. Will KTM hassle me to correct these items? Thanks....

As far as the warped tank... there is a Federally mandated EPA law that covers the emission system of the vehicle for 5 years or 30,000 kilometers (16,xxx miles?) from the date of purchase. The law is printed in your owners manual (or you could look it up on the EPA website).
The fuel tank is part of the emission system as if the tank gets warped, it could potentially leak fuel or fuel vapors into the atmosphere, or fuel could ignite and kill you.
I had an '07.5 Aprilia RSV 1000R that had this problem... they replaced my fuel tank and gas cap because you could smell fuel to high heaven! The dealer was ****ing clueless about the law (so bring your owners manual to prove it). I actually had to call Aprilia myself and tell them about the problem. Their response was that the bike was out of factory warranty until I reminded them of the EPA federally mandated 5 year warranty. Magically, they remembered that they were responsible.
They may give you trouble if your tank is only warped, and there is no smell of fuel, but being that you just got the bike in August, you are still within the 1 year factory warranty. You will need to push hard and may even need to call KTM like I had to with Aprilia.
*If you do get a new fuel tank, make sure that you have it coated with Caswell's epoxy coating BEFORE fuel goes into the new tank. Otherwise you are wasting your time and it will just happen again.
As far as the key, I have no input... perhaps try some WD-40? But then again, you are under warranty, so let the dealer worry about it.
