i've added quite a few pieces to the bike since i bought it stock, i had a fully built honda rc51 previous to the ktm and parted that one out to build the rc8. here's a breakdown of parts and pics of what i've done so far...

billet brembo 19x16 brake master cylinder with folding lever, also a euro racing adjustable quick turn throttle

billet brembo 16x18 clutch master with folding lever

sato rearsets with shift spindle stabilizer (no more false neutrals or mis-shifts), and gp shift plate, oberon billet clutch slave cylinder with billet aluminum backing plate (isntead of oem plastic piece), and kls quickshifter

ohlins fgrt812 forks, brembo billet hp calipers, braketech axis ceramic matrix composite rotors and bst carbon front wheel. (the bst and cmc combo weighs in at 5.5 lbs less than the oem machesini and stock rotors)

braketech axis cast iron rear rotor, brembo hp billet rear caliper, and bst carbon rear wheel

akrapovic evo 4 full system with the rest of the clubkit installed (cam timing, air filter, map and thin headgaskets). this system didn't have a baffle option so i had a few different sized baffles built and drilled my pipe to bolt them in.

ohlins ttx36 rear shock

i've also replaced the soft wp steering damper with an ohlins unit and installed a yoyodyne slipper clutch (i prefer yoyodyne's design because they use coil springs instead of spiders and seem to be much less finicky than other units). the bike also has a did erv3 520 chain with 16/39 gearing

finally, a couple pics of my 2010 smc (haven't ridden it yet as i purchased it at the end of the season)

and a picture of my roomate's rc8r track only model. he hasn't done much with the bike as it's quite well outfitted from stock.

and no, the rsv4r factory isn't mine. just storing it for a friend.

the signal lights are made by lightech

you can find them here

http://www.oppracing.com/product_dis...pe-1-standard/

they're not the brightest or most visible so i'll probably change them.

the bracket i made myself, it's just made of sheet aluminum

It's the bracket that I am more interested in. I got motivated and did some online searching, and yours looks similar too the R&G mount seen here:

http://www.twistedthrottle.com/trade...rint/6073/832/

Nice job though... care to put up some closer pics of it?

I bought the KTM one when I got my bike. The signal lights are bright and well made... nice and solid (and available separately) The kit came with a resistor that plugged inline to the harness for the correct signal blink rate (not sure if that is available separately but I would imagine so)

The only problem is that I think that I got a bracket for a Euro plate because it is huge! I suspect that KTM just makes one universal eliminator (I will have to verify with the dealer I bought it from tomorrow). If that is the case, then my eliminator needs an eliminator! lol

If worse comes to worse, I will use the blinkers and resistor wiring from my KTM kit and try and come up with a solution for the plate bracket.
