I got no spark on my lc4 620 97!!!

i just bought a 620 or 400 engine with some on the wiring but i cant get it to fire.

did u pull the plug and see if you have spark there? is this engine new or used?

its used and most of the wiring is gone except for the cdi coil and pick up and im sher thats all i need right.

not sure but one would assume something turns that coil on and off. kill switch? if so just jump the 2 wires together and see what u got.

jump the coil wires to see if i got a voltage and nope nothing i think it might be a pick up coil but i cant find anywhere that says the voltage it makes when the engine is cranked... do you got a lc4 620

i just hooked it up to a know good coil pickup the same way and there is no voltage.
