Default 250 excrfs for adventure riding/625 sxc?

Hi guys, i have been enjoying a 04 250exc rfs for the past few months. It has a super moto set up and i have done a number of rides with friends with sm bikes that average about 120 kilometers in distance during each trip. Lately i have been invited to join guys with adventure bikes to do longer trips and this would be a combination of street and paved dirt roads. Rides can be from 300 to 500 kms in distance. Can my current bike take that assuming i change my rims and tires for adventure riding? Speed would average at 80 to 90 kph. If the finances will allow it there is a 625 sxc being sold, 2003 model. Is this a good bike to get instead of keeping my 250? I was told it has an lc4 engine but would not know about its reliability. Hope to hear from someone. This newbie from the Philippines would truly appreciate the info. Thanks so much!

Just my two cents.

My '95 RXC had about 21K miles on it when I sold it.

My current 640e has 14K miles.

I do know of some LC4 riders that had over 30K miles on KTMTalk.

It's a bulletproof engine if maintained well.

Thanks for the feedback sir. I guess the 250 is not recommended for that type of rides.
