I cleaned the FCR 41 and reinstalled now won't idle

I finally back the idle screw out to like 4 turns out and it's now idling and has stopped poping.

Anyone know where to start with the idle jet adjustment at the back side of the carb at the bowl? I know I took it out when cleaning the carb and I usually set these to 1.5 turns out from full closed position. I should have counted the turns to screw it in before removing
