inner rings on crankshaft lc4 2002

ok guys and girls, i just got back my rebuilt crankshaft with new con rod and bearings, but they have left the inner rings off, can i re use them ? reading the Manuel i have to measure from the bearing to housing face and subtract gasket thickness etc, can i just heat the rings up and drop them on with the right shims obvs :-)

I would personally fit new skf main bearings seems you have gone to the trouble to get the crank done and the old inner rings have been removed.
I don't heat them, but if you have a bearing heater you should be right. I support inside the crankshaft counter weights and use a press.
