2007 ktm 250 sxf bogging

hey guys i have a stock 2007 ktm 250sxf and was wondering if anybody could help me with my problem.
when im riding my bike always seems to bog. more less when ever i crack the throttle.
i was thinking about a jd jet kit?
just thought that i would ask to see if anybody knows before i invested my money into something that i dont need. any help would be greatly appreciated.

If your bike is totally stock, it's usually running lean.

Also those bikes in particular if it's a Kalifornia bike, are
restricted in the airbox, and the exhaust.

The JD kit is a great kit, I used it on my '03, easy to install to.
