08 xc-f 250 problems

Have an 08 xc-f 250 less than 700 miles. Never raced, never been under water. Was riding and motor began to tap loost power and just shut off. Motor acted siezed but after sitting a few minutes would turn over. We took the top off motor and found intake cam burned up and bridge assembly melted down only on the non bearing side of cam and bridge. We tore motor down and check it. Everything was fine below. We replace rings, cams, bridge assembly, gaskets, oil and filter. checked all valve clearances, set time per specs. Set tensioner per specs. Kicked over a few time to make sure oil primed and was coming out of oil jets. Re-checked valves. Closed up top installed plug and kicked motor right on. Motor sounded fine, Idled great, oil was visibly flowing at glass. Ran bike easy and made it 9 miles only for the top end to melt down agian! Talked with motor techs and dealer but no one seems to know what would cause this! I desperately need help! Don't understand how it could happen bike has been babied and taken care of very well!

It has to be some type of oil starvation issue.

I am not familiar with the newer KTM engines, but on the RFS engines,
they had 2 oil pumps. Possibly you have some type of slippage that
only occurs at with a load, but not at idle.
