dualsportman Junior Member Join Date: Apr 2010 Posts: 1	New JD Jet kit on 530 Hi! Relatively new to jetting!! Got an 09 530 EXC Stock jet: Main 180 Idle 48 JD Kit: Suggest: Main 175 Idle 42 KTM from the factory is supposed to be too lean! So JD make it even leaner! I have red: "The JD setting is leaner on the pilot and main but runs a richer needle machined from brass to JD specs" I tough I have to enlarge the main jet? I did it and now the bike makes some blue smoke when cranking the throttle... Thanks
