Relacing rims on an 07 KTM 450 sx-f???

Hi guys.

i have an 07 450 sx-f, i did some orange powder coating in my garage...and think it turned out great..pics below...

but now i want to do my hubs black, spoke orange, and get black spoke nipples, but my local dealer wants $120 a RIM to relace them...so $240/set...

is it a hard process to do, i read about it some on the internet, but it seems pretty difficult to me..


or does anyone know a good place to send them in to get done, thats cheaper than my dealers price?
