07 KTM 450 sxf, jeeting issue, and dies when gear is selected???

ok,

i just got this bike not very long ago, had knee surgery so havent been able to ride it but once around the block........so...

first, starts somewhat ok most days...but when its idling and "blip" the throttle...it will die about 90% of the time...is this a jetting issue? or maybe a gunky carb problem?

second...went to ride it today, and it idled great...then once i put it in 1st grear, it would die, did this over and over...then when i try to start it in gear with clutch...it wants to "walk" on me...and not start...clucth is obviously dragging...WHY?
--clutch fluid is good
--clutch lever is adjusted so it pushed slave cylinder in max amount

i dont want to mess with bleeding the clutch line if i dont have to...or is my clutch worn out?

havent got into it much since i got it...

any help would be great..

i need a jetting chart and service manual if anyone has one?

are the JD Jet Kits worth doing for $75??

My 2011 450 SX-F will do all of the above until it's really good and warmed up. Usually takes about 5 minutes of actual riding then everything is fine. Although annoying I wouldn't worry about it to much.

Yes!

They have the best phone support to walk you through any trouble shooting you might need. I've used them on my last 5 or 6 bikes.

How many hours on your bike?

Last oil change?

not sure if you have fixed the clutch issue, but im having the same issue with my 07 250 sxf.

idles fine but when u pull the clutch in and shift to 1st itll stall the enging, and it is harddd to start while in any gear. like the cluch is dragging and wont let it turn over enough.

id like to fix the issue. i re bled my clutch and it seemed to help a little bit, but a quick remedy for now that seems to work is giving it a little shot of gas as you shift to help the clutch slip. then it seems to be just as it should after that. its weird.
