daggit Junior Member Join Date: Sep 2010 Posts: 1	2006 /2007 250xc or 250exc I race desert on a cr250 with a Service Honda af250 engine. gnarly and 18"rear tire. I want to get serious and buy the KTM 2T 250xc or EVC (xc-w). I can only afford an 06 or 07. Is the 2006 exc a racer or a recreational bike? I know it is the w ratio but was it considered a racer in 06 and 07? Or would the XC with the stiffer suspension be better in the desert, (Dist 37)?
