Default 03 525 exc

Hello all ktm enthuisasts, i have a question for anyone who owns a 03 525 exc.
My front forks have leaked since new,had the seals done about ten times, rechromed once, used seal savers and even cleaned under seal lip with 005" feeler guage several times. Has anyone got a reason cause i am over them $$$$$$$$$$ to much money spent and no results.

Paul,

Do they leak right after getting the seals changed, or after a hard ride?

They leak after a hard ride, used to do alot of jumping afew years back with everything standard but mainly bush trails now and they still leak. Even when i put bike on trailer i use a post under guard. The last time i had them done about 2 years ago they leaked straight away, would like to send them to someone who really knows wat they are doing in Australia and never have these hastles again, was even going to buy new ones but could of had same troubles, wat do you do????

I had some leaky seal issue on my '03 450 EXC. It was not literally right
after they were changed (not when right after picking them up from the shop at least).

I tried Moose seals, bikemaster seals, but then a guy out here in California that
builds suspensions (Precision concepts, met him on KTMtalk), suggested Synergy seals. He installed them, and change the oil. I never had leaks
afterwords. I can't say if that would help your issue, but...

You do bleed the air out of the forks after long rides?
