Angry 2002 exc clutch and oil issues

2002 400exc last week the bike was fine. Since then I have changed the oil, I used Castrol Power RS racing 4T 10W40 It is a full synthetic. It did fine the day after the oil change, It did feel like it wanted to crawl when I started it up a few times. But now for some reason my clutch will not engage when the bike is off or cold.

Could this issue be caused by the grade of oil I used? do i need to change weight and viscosity?
Any comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Does it sound like the clutch is slipping?

If so the oil might be EC or energy conserving.

Read the following.

No I dont think so. It just does not want to disengage. Should I try a thicker oil?

Are you sure it's not the hydraulic clutch needing to be bleed?
