07 450 sxf

Hi im new to this site so if im posting in the wrong spot just let me know lol. So im thinking of trading my 06 suzuki LTR 450 (quad) for an 07 ktm 450sxf. Im just wandering if you guys think its a good trade since im looking to start riding dirtbikes. Any pros/cons about this bike please let me know. From what i know its all stock and he says its an electric start and doesnt have a kick backup? Is this true. Any suggestions would be very helpful.

That is a pretty big leap from a quad to a
fire breathing motocross bike.

He is right though, no kick start. Since it's considered a
track bike, not a woods, dual sport, or off road bike, they
assume you will have a pit crew to get you started if
the battery dies.

Not that big of a deal/worried to make the change. My brother has a 2010 kawi 450 that i ride all the time. Im looking forward to the change and challenges for getting this new bike.
