Default Is all this maintenance necessary? 250 xcf-w

So i bought this bike with 50 hrs on it and I am looking at all this maintenance that the manual says it is due for. Is it really necessary? I mean this bike was only used for trail riding and that is all I am going to do. It doesn't necessarily have to be in tip top shape for me all the time because I will probably only use it to 50 percent of its potential anyways. Also, how much would this service cost?

Here is a list of things the manual says to do. Could you please tell me what is necessary. I already plan on checking the valves, so I will not list that.

* Replace the spark plug
* Bleed fork legs
* Check swing arm bearing
* Check clearance of wheel bearing
* Complete maintenance of fork
* Complete maintenance of shock absorber
* Clean and grease steering head bearings and gasket elements.
* Clean and adjust carburetor
* Treat electric contacts and switches with contact spray
* Change break fluid
* Clean sparkarrestor
* Drain and clean float chamber
* Check the clutch disks for ewat
* Check the length of the clutch springs
* Check the clutch drive for indentations
* Check the outer clutch hub for indentation
* Check the outer clutch hub for indentations
* Check the cylinder and piston for wear
* Check the groove on the piston pin retainer for wear
* Check the camshaft for wear
* Check the spring cap for wear
* Check the eccentricity of the valve disk
* Check the valve guides for wear
* Replace the valve springs
* Check the function of the timing chain tensioner
* Check the eccentricity of the crankshaft journal
* Replace the conrod bearing
* Check piston pin bearing
* Check the entire transmission including the roller and bearings for wear
* Check the length of the bypass valve spring
* Replace the glass-fiber yarn filling in the silencer
* Replace the sealing cup for the foot brake cylinder

Just from my experience with KTMs (unless you ride
a lot of hard riding in wet conditions):

* Replace the spark plug-NO (platinum plugs go for 1 year min)
* Bleed fork legs-YES (or you fork seals will leak eventually).
* Check swing arm bearing-Yearly or after a wet season
* Check clearance of wheel bearing-When I change tires
* Complete maintenance of fork-If you race yes, if not every two years
* Complete maintenance of shock absorber-see above
* Clean and grease steering head bearings and gasket elements.- I do this every other year
* Clean and adjust carburetor-Clean your air filter often, this is not needed
* Treat electric contacts and switches with contact spray-never done this
* Change break fluid-Only if you ride hard, I have same fluid in my '02 since '02
* Clean sparkarrestor-huh?
* Drain and clean float chamber- When you store the bike
* Check the clutch disks for wear-NO
* Check the length of the clutch springs-NO
* Check the clutch drive for indentations-NO
* Check the outer clutch hub for indentation-NO
* Check the outer clutch hub for indentations-NO
* Check the cylinder and piston for wear-NO
* Check the groove on the piston pin retainer for wear-what?
* Check the camshaft for wear-Huh?
* Check the spring cap for wear-see above
* Check the eccentricity of the valve disk-see above
* Check the valve guides for wear-see above
* Replace the valve springs-see above
* Check the function of the timing chain tensioner-see above
* Check the eccentricity of the crankshaft journal-see above
* Replace the conrod bearing-see above
* Check piston pin bearing-see above
* Check the entire transmission including the roller and bearings for wear-see above
* Check the length of the bypass valve spring-see above
* Replace the glass-fiber yarn filling in the silencer-every 3 to 5 years maybe
* Replace the sealing cup for the foot brake cylinder-NO
