E starter doesn't work

I have a KTM EXC-rfs 2003. I charged the battery and it seems to have plenty of juice. I hit the magic button but nothing happens. Today i changed the fuses on it, and cleaned off the connections. Any idea what else I can do. Thanks

It sounds like the starter itself is gone. Did you use an electrical tester to check it? I think in the factory manual it shows how on those bikes.
