Default My 525 wont pump up the rear brake?????

What the heck is going on here? I just replaced the rear brake line and now i cant get brakes to pump up. I have had bikes my whole life and its a 5 minute job. Ha Ha not with a KTM!!! What the heck is going on? Is there anyone else who has this problem or can help me with this. I just dont understand they work one day and not the next, after a little maitnence. HELP i need to ride ASAP.

Im sure you already checked this but your using the right dot brake fluid? And try using a mity vac or something better than manual way of bleeding it cause there may be a ton of air in the lines also is there air bubbles coming out of the reservoir? Try flicking the brake pedal back and forth quick to release trapped air.

I had the same problem i had to rebuild my entire rear brake master cylinder the kit is like 36$ and i also went ahead and replaced the seal rings on the back piston. Also if you used the old crush washers that may be your problem as well.. they are like 2$ a piece and you'll need 4 i think those are copper and once they are used they are done when you take them apart.. you might get lucky and they may work a few times after that but my experience is ive had to always replace them. Just be glad its not a rotor problem.... Those start at 100$
