450 Vs 530 08??

Hi guys i just want to know if there is any difference between the 08 450 and the 08 530... I want to know if the plastics r the same and stuff like that. what about clutch and radiators just some small stuff like that. also I have a 530 exc-r and its popping once i back off and shoots a flame is this ok or should i fix this?? if so how do i fix this??

Sounds like a clogged or partially clogged slow jet (pilot). Everyone of my carbureted four stroke bikes at some point has done this. The slow jet has a very small orfice. You may want to clean the entire fuel system as well. Flush the tank and lines and install a fuel filter. If the bike is going to sit for awhile drain the carb.
