exc125 to sx125 please help guys

hello everybody

i have recently bought an '04 exc 125.my thing is motocross and i thought that the exc would not have many differences from the sx model.i've changed my suspensions for motocross but my bike still is not for mx jumps.
i really need help about what changes i need to do to tranform my bike into a true mx bike.i must ,for sure, do something with my torque.it opens very high.after that i probably need to change rims?!
if someone, special in this, can help me i'd be very grateful
