Default 08 ktm 250 backfiring and boging out at low rpm

I have an 2008 ktm 250sxf with a recluse clutch. so about a week ago i went for a ride and the gas in my bike had congeled up or something left it for over a week. TRUST ME I WONT DO IT AGAIN. The bike just started leaking gas out of one of the drain tubes coming from the carb we had been riding for a good 30 mins of hard trails. I took the bike apart and adjusted the float level because it seemed to be a little high. When i pulled the carb off the fuel screw just came right on out no unscrewing. I put the carb back together after cleaning all the jets and carb bowl out. The bike ran for about 3 minutes no problem then died at the end of the driveway and cut out. I took the carb off again and cleaned everything out and adjusted the fuel screw to all the way out. The bike ran pretty well this time but only with the choke on. It would bog out at low rpms still without the choke on and would pop backfiring. I took the carb off a third time and made sure all the jets were cleaned out again and adjusted the float level to be a little higher than it was but not as high as when i first took it off. I have a video on youtube of the bike bogging out. Please help me out so i dont have to keep taking the carb off. Im gonna be able to do it blindfolded if i keep at it. I do have to keep in mind how cold it is in baltimore this time of the year. really appreciate the help!

See if this thread helps.

Also my friends 250 SXF (2010) would bog
off idle. It turns out the spark plug boot had
cracked, and was arcing on the head. FYI.

Get a jd jetting jet kit. http://www.enduroarmor.com/jd-jetting-jet-kits/ Make sure you fix any air leaks first, but your bike will run better.
