1999 KTM 300MXC for the picking?

I just got a 1999 KTM 300 MXC and was told it only needed a top end. It was delivered today and looks to need more. Im considering parting it out let me know what you need and make an offer. I will check the condition of the part and get back to you. I will be 100% honest about the condition of the part and will work to ship any item if you pay the shipping. Will ship internationally if you give me step by step on how you want it done.

Is the Silencer Stock and is it in good condition.... My buddies is being helt together by Zip-Ties right now lol
