An Alpinestars classic re-designed for better protection and greater comfort. The S-MX R motorcycle boot has an internal shank for rigidity yet doesn’t compromise feel through the pegs. With a tough thermoplastic polyurethane shin wrap integrated with flexible gussets, the boot can accommodate those of you with big calves.
The boots are available in two versions: non-vented (though it does have a few perforations for cooling) and fully-ventilated. The latter, while only available in black, has a perforated Lorica upper covering to let the breeze in and keep the post-ride stink out of your closet or gear bag. Standard Alpinestars toe-sliders are easily replaceable for those of you that tend to drag feet in the corners.
Just unbuckle, unzip and put your foot in, no inner-boot system here, just simple, functional utility with loads of protection.

Tough soles stand up better than most boots to the more abrasive aftermarket footpegs.
The expansion gusset at the top has an inner Velcro “set strap” so you can set your calf diameter and forget it. There’s even a hidden medial malleolus protector built in, something not all motorcycle boots have.
Plenty of ventilation here and this is the non-vented version.
