Did you just buy the bike, or did it just start behaving this way
recently?

Pull the plug and see what color the electrode and insulator are.

I have put new plug, clean carb, check for gasan all the easier stuff. i have had the pro senior about 2 month bought from a friend that son never rode he was scared of it so it has no time on it. But i also had a pro junior that had the same issuean i did everything to that clutch motor carb an now it is down to frame getting all redone just not sure if it is maybe electrical an when it gets warm it starts to act up

i have had the samething happen, there are several things that need to be verified, keep in mind that throwing electrical parts at it is very expensive and also these bikes are known for eating electrical parts.
first thing i would do 1-is make sure the water pump is working correctly (the shafts in the water pump are known for breaking)and the temp is not going to the moon, use a infared gun shoot the radiator and the cyl. 2-this is what happen to me- the clutch was beyond it's fully lockup state (shoes wore out) slipping at all times but still moves good (you are not riding so you don't know for sure) motor would get so hot it would boil the fuel. test- when it quits listen for a boiling sound, pull the air filter. i know it sounds crazy 3-test the electrical parts as manual states repl if ness
notes- i chased this same problem for over a year, i threw electrical parts at it but still stalled
