Default KTM 50 crank case cracked, engine work start, where to crank case?

Hello and thankyou for reading!

Yesterday after years of waiting my parents purchased me a new KTM SX50 for £600, I Was told everything was fine, and it was until late this afternoon i turned off the engine to let it cool down for about an hour of so, then i started up again to go for another quick 15 minute ride, i rode the bike for literally two minutes and seen a horse so turned my engine off, when i went to start it again i noticed a trail of oil behind me, my engine was not compressed and a crack in my crank case ( will put pictures at the bottom of this post ), i think there is no problem with compression just a gear connected to the kickstart is not connecting to the engine to start it up, i have looked at a exploded diagram on the internet and see no missing parts, and there is a bolt that will not go on the thread, ( Will also post pictures of this ) so i am hoping the crank case being broken is the reason i cannot start my engine, please correct me if i am wrong

i am looking for the cheapest place i will be able to purchase a new crank case and gasket (preferably of the internet through mail order)seen as i have broken the gasket seal, i have looked all over the internet and i am unable to find somewhere to purchase these two items. i am not sure of the year model although i am inclined that is between 1998 and 2003, i will also post a picture of the bike and hopefully someone would be able to identify this for me, if any of you are able to help with my bike problems i would be very much apprechiative! Many thanks,

Picture of the cracked crank case, on top of the case is the nut which has come off, the nut that sits right behind where the crack in the case is and the reason i expect it wont start, please correct if wrong

You have a black case, so you are between a 1998 and a 2001 50 SX Jr.

Let me ask around to find out what changed in those years.
