ktm 50 pro senior cutch

hi guys just a quick couple of questions , how can u tell when the cutch needs changeing on the 50cc and wheres the best place to get one ,it seem to be reving its ring out before it moves , like just before power band , we are new to the 2 strokes as always had 4 strokes, any help would be greatfully recieved , thanks ,
